Check in time?
Check-in time is from 2.30pm to 8.00pm. Please let us know your arrival time in case you plan an early check-in, we will do our best to have your room available. After 9.00 pm there will be a supplement of €50.
Check out time?
Check-out time is from 08:00 to 11:00. If you plan a late checkout, kindly let us know your departure time, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Is the reception open 24 hours a day?
No, the reception is open from 08:00 to 20:00.
What languages are spoken at the reception?
Italian, English, French and German.
Can I leave my luggage?
If the room is not yet ready at the time of early check-in or in case of late check-out, we will store your luggage free of charge on the days of check-in and check-out.
